EVALUATION OF FOREIGN PUBLIC DOCUMENTS

 

If you are planning to live, work or study in Mexico, and want to have your educational credentials or other public documents to be legally recognized in Mexico, we will advise you on the requirements needed to submit your foreign credentials to the appropriate Mexican Government agencies.

  • APOSTILLES

 

Foreigners or Mexican nationals who live abroad and want to have their foreign public documents recognized in Mexico will need to start legal procedures which in turn require presenting foreign public documents, such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Divorce Certificates, Death Certificates, School Diplomas to the appropriate Mexican government agency. All presented public documents must be legally verified with the required authentication of the origin of said documents and the authorities of the officials who have affixed the signature, seal, or stamp on the document. After verification is made, an Apostille stamp is affixed to the document.
